Two of my favorite books approach the subject of happiness from quite different perspectives.

Shawn Achor’s bestselling book, The Happiness Advantage, approaches happiness from a behavioral psychology perspective, specifically positive psychology.  Achor has interesting data regarding the positive connection between happiness and success.

Sissela Bok, the renowned American philosopher, in her book Exploring Happiness, makes the ever important connection between ethics and happiness – pursuing happiness while doing what is right.

I believe we are all in search of a bit of happiness, particularly now when we are in the midst of a triple pandemic – social, economic, and health. This webinar will provides some timely, practical tips that we all can use.
